Learning through Painting

During the various periods of lockdown over the past couple of years, I have devoted a lot of time to painting landscapes and still lifes. This has been extraordinarily rewarding, and has led me to look at the world in a new way. It has brought me to a realisation of how much enjoyment can be got simply by looking carefully and appreciating what is around us.

I have also painted a couple of recent projects, and I think this is something I will do more of in the future.
